Our new supplier was launched in 2012 with the goal of providing next generation gene modulation tools to life science researchers. transOMIC are experts in molecular cloning and their portfolio of products and services focuses on vector-based solutions:
In collaboration with Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, transOMIC have developed whole genome arrayed lentiviral libraries of CRISPR sgRNA constructs and shRNA constructs. You can purchase the complete arrayed CRISPR and shRNA collections or pooled libraries as well as subsets or subpools, and you can order target gene specific sets of individual constructs.
transOMIC also have multiple whole genome gene expression libraries, such as the LentiORF collection, a Human Lentiviral ORF Expression Library which was developed through the collaborative efforts of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, The Broad Institute and the Center for Cancer Systems Biology (CCSB), and provides the most fully sequenced and annotated version of the human ORFeome available.
For functional yeast genomics, transOMIC is offering a genome wide library of S. cerevisiae deletion strains.
