How to order your Gene Synthesis Service:
Step 1: Send us a quote request for single or multiple sequences or list the following info by email:
- Sequence(s) to be synthesized (nt or aa) incl. naming
- Codon optimization required? If yes, please name the organism
- Your cloning vector of choice. Choose from Synbio Technologies´ standard and in house vectors below, or name any other vector.
- Standard plasmid DNA amount (2-5 ug) or other quantity
- Your Contact Details
Step 2: We will send you a detailed quotation including the DNA sequence/s to be synthesized incl. cloning sites and the sequence/s of the total final construct/s for your approval.

The unique pMT series of mammalian expression vectors enable you to express your synthesized gene of interest driven by the CMV promoter, and optionally co-express a fluorescent protein marker of your choice via the EF1a promoter.
In addition vectors with N-or C-terminal purification tags can be chosen.
