Ordering Process
1. Send Your Sequence
Use our online quote form or email your gene sequence (DNA or protein) along with your preferred vector.
2. Receive Construct Design and Quote
We’ll send you a detailed quotation and SnapGene file of your construct, including codon optimization if requested.
3. Approve and Order
Once you confirm the design, we begin synthesis. Your verified plasmid DNA will be shipped as soon as QC is complete.
Delivery and Optional Plasmid Preparation
Each gene synthesis order includes 5 µg lyophilized plasmid DNA (standard purity). For larger-scale applications, we offer optional plasmid DNA preparation services up to 100 mg, delivered in TE buffer (standard) or ddH₂O. Two purity grades are available: preparations with Endotoxin <100 EU/mg or <10 EU/mg. Pricing starts at 89 € for 100 µg (<100 EU/mg).
