How to order your gene synthesis services:

Step 1:   Send us a quote request form for single or multiple sequences or list the following info by email:

• Sequence(s) to be synthesized (nt or aa) incl. naming
• Codon optimization required? If yes, please name the organism
• Your cloning vector of choice. Choose from Synbio Technologies´ in house vectors below, or name any other vector.
• In case you prefer a certain cloning site, please let us know. Otherwise default standard cloning site will be chosen
• Standard plasmid DNA amount (2-5 ug) or other quantity
• Your Contact Details

Step 2:   We will send you a detailed quotation including the DNA sequence/s to be synthesized incl. cloning sites.

Step 3:   Order from Nucleus Biotech by simply refering to the quote number
