NGS Services for Pooled Barcode Libraries

In addition to NGS Prep kits for samples from pooled Barcode Library screens, we are also offering Cellecta´s next-generation sequencing and analysis services for researchers running their studies with lentiviral pooled barcode libraries from Cellecta.

Take advantage of Cellecta´s extensive experience in primer design and running NGS to characterize your barcode labeled cell population.

Simply provide harvested cells or genomic DNA for each time point or treatment condition, and Cellecta will provide you with a spreadsheet enumerating the counts of each barcode in each sample.

Service description:

You provide cells, tissue or already isolated gDNA and Cellecta performs the following service:

– gDNA isolation (optional)

– Barcode amplification

– NGS on Illumina platform: 50M reads

– Deconvolution

– Enumeration of barcode counts from raw sequencing data

– A comprehensive NGS data report will be provided

NGS library prep services are also available for all Cellecta sgRNA-, shRNA-library screens as well as for GecKO and Brunello sgRNA screens
