RNA-Seq Single Barcode Constructs

For testing out the concept of cellular RNA-Seq NGS barcoding before using a whole library, Nucleus Biotech offers single barcode constructs in both pScribe-RFP-Puro (CloneTrackerXP 50M/5M) and pScribe5-Venus-Puro (CloneTrackerXP 10M). The barcode sequence is not used in the libraries, which makes the constructs also usable as controls.
