In addition to NGS Prep kits, we are also offering Cellecta´s next-generation sequencing and analysis services for researchers running their own screens with CRISPR libraries from Cellecta, and also for GeCKO, Brunello or other libraries cloned into the LentiCRISPR or Lenti-Guide vectors. Take advantage of Cellecta´s extensive experience in primer design and running NGS on a large variety of pooled libraries for various types of genetic screens. Simply ship us frozen cell pellets, tissue or genomic DNA from each time point or treatment condition and Cellecta does the rest!
