Arrayed Library of Human Lentiviral ORF Expression-Ready Clones
Resource for Systematic Gain of Protein Function Studies in vivo and in vitro
• Arrayed Collection of expression-ready Human Lentiviral ORF Clones for functional studies of the Human Proteome
• 13,579 individually arrayed LentiORF clones representing 11,373 human genes – download gene list here
• Full-length, well annotated and sequence verified ORFs
• Constructed in the lentiviral expression vector pLX304 equipped with a C-terminal V5 tag, ideal for protein purification and interaction studies by pull-down and immunoprecipitation techniques
• CMV promoter drives ORF expression
• Blasticidin resistance allows for selection of transduced cells
• Lentiviral backbone enables high efficiency production of pseudolentiviral particles for transduction of any cell line, of non dividing cells, and for in vivo applications
• Stable protein overexpression due to integration into the genome
• Ideal for RNAi and CRISPR Knockout Rescue validation experiments
• Pooled Overexpression Screens facilitated by producing lentiviral pools of your chosen ORF constructs

Please note: In case you like your ORF of interest to be subcloned in a lentiviral backbone with a different promoter (constitutive or inducible), a fluorescent protein tag instead of a V5 tag, and/or an alternative resistance marker, we are offering SkyAng´s LentiORF Select Service! |
The CCSB–Broad Lentiviral Expression Library is a genome-scale expression collection developed by researchers at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and The Broad Institute from the Human ORFeome Collection V 8.1 to provide a sequence confirmed collection of human ORFs in the expression-ready lentiviral vector pLX304. The library enables individual targeted experiments as well as large-scale arrayed or pooled screening in diverse cell types.
Nucleus Biotech is pleased to collaborate with SkyAng Bio (located at the HudsonAlpha Institute) who are the official archive site for the CCSB LentiORF clone collection as they are experts in robotic clone handling – enabling us to offer the whole collection representing 11373 annotated genes as well as the individual LentiORF clones, all at budget friendly pricing and fast turnaround times.
