NeoLNP was developed by Levostar Pharmaceutical based on an advanced lipid material library platform and enables RNA delivery on a whole new level of precision and efficiency. NeoLNP encapsulates RNA into LNPs by a simple one minute mixing and utilizes novel biodegradable lipids enabling a unique transmembrane transport and endosomal escape mechanism for RNA delivery into the cell at unmatched efficiency. NeoLNP is suitable for transfecting mRNA, siRNA, circRNA, saRNA, and other types of RNA.

NeoLNP mRNA transfection of cell lines

HEK293T-, HeLa-, and HCT116- cells were transfected in a 24-well plate with eGFP mRNA using NeoLNP versus other brands, followed by fluorescence imaging after 24 hours.
NeoLNP siRNA transfection of cell lines

Cellular siRNA uptake efficiency using NeoLNP was compared with RNAimax by transfecting HEK293T-, HeLa-, HCT116-, and L929- cells with 30nM Cy3-labeled siRNA per well, followed by fluorescence imaging after 6 hours.

HEK293T- and HCT116- cells were transfected in a 96-well plate with 100 ng eGFP circRNA using NeoLNP versus jetMESSENGER, followed by fluorescence imaging after 24 hours.
