YouSeq NGS Multiplex DNA MasterMix is a complete and convenient 2 x mix with optimized buffers, enzyme concentration, and dNTPs.

This product is built especially for NGS multiplex library preparation applications. The mix is based on YouSeq´s proofreading and extremely processive enzyme that delivers amplification of multiple DNA targets at a fidelity many hundreds X greater than a typical Taq MasterMix. The ready to use mix delivers fantastic performance even when highly multiplexing and in GC rich regions.
