InDOXible all-in-one Tet-Activated (Dox-Off) cDNA lentiviral vector with both the TRE-Promoter cloning site and the tetracycline-responsive transactivator tTA. Only one vector is required for highly regulated inducible expression in any standard cell line. This vector additionally includes an RFP sensor: The expression cassette is linked (by an IRES) to a red fluorescent protein (RFP). When the cloned cDNA is expressed, the RFP is co-expressed and can be easily detected. The RFP provides a sensor to confirm gene activation.
