Encodes the vaccinia virus-derived type I interferon decoy receptor B18R, which transiently neutralizes IFN-α/β to enhance recombinant protein production and cell viability by suppressing host antiviral responses. This synthetic mRNA is optimized for applications in mRNA vaccine production (inhibiting PKR-mediated translation suppression), stem cell reprogramming (reducing IFN-induced differentiation), and oncolytic virus research (modulating immunogenicity), with its transient expression profile (48-72h) providing precise temporal control over IFN inhibition compared to stable protein additives
