Encodes the human CD3 gamma and zeta chains (CD3G/CD247) of the T-cell receptor complex. This synthetic mRNA enables controlled expression of CD3(GZ) for research in immunoreceptor signaling, analyzing the contribution of the CD3ζ ITAM domains to T-cell activation, and optimizing CAR-T cell design for enhanced potency.
