Track the fate of cell clones over a course of drug treatment or during differentiation, tumorigenesis or other processes. This 50M barcode lentiviral library enables you to easily label millions of cells with heritable unique 3´ UTR RNA-expressed barcodes that are readily detected in RNA-Seq and single-cell expression analysis as well as in the genomic DNA fraction. The barcode location in the 3´ UTR enables oligodT-primed cDNA synthesis.
