In addition to Cellecta´s premade genome-wide shRNA libraries, Cellecta will generate Custom shRNA Pooled Libraries of any size in as little as 6 weeks.

Custom shRNA libraries can be provided in plasmid and pre-packaged ready-to-transduce formats. You can choose from multiple vector backbones, including inducible shRNA expression vectors. Cellecta´s shRNA libraries include shRNA-specific barcodes obviating the need to PCR and sequence difficult hairpin structures.
