Encodes the Cynomolgus monkey (Cyno) CD3 delta and epsilon chains (CD3D/CD3E) of the T-cell receptor complex. This synthetic mRNA enables controlled expression of Cyno CD3(DE) for research in reconstituting the TCR complex in NHP models, ensuring proper T-cell
signaling in preclinical studies, and evaluating off-target effects of
immunomodulatory drugs.
