Service details:

1. Starting  Material: You can send us Total RNA isolated from your samples of interest (e.g. purified T or B cells, whole blood, PBMCs, cancer biopsies, tissue samples, FFPE or dried blood microsamples) or you send us your samples for subsequent RNA purification as a service (cells/blood – tissue)
2. Amplification of AIR clonotypes using multiplex RT-PCR of all TCR or BCR  genes (TRA, TRB, TRG, TRD or IGH, IGK, IKL)
3. NGS Library Preparations
4. Purification and Quantification of amplified indexed libraries
5. NGS run on NextSeq2000 (5-10M reads per sample)
6. Deconvolution of NGS Data
7. NGS Data will be provided and can be analyzed by the open-source MiXCR software
8. MiXCR Data Analyis Service with full report can also be ordered as service
