Running both AIR-DNA and AIR-RNA assays on the same sample allows for data normalization and identification of antigen-activated clonotypes by looking at both, cell numbers of B-cells or T-Cells with certain clonotypes as well as transcriptionally activated clonotypes.

Service details:
- Starting Material: You can send us gDNA and Total RNA isolated from your samples of interest (e.g. purified T or B cells, whole blood, PBMCs, cancer biopsies, tissue samples, FFPE or dried blood microsamples) or you send us your samples for subsequent gDNA and RNA purification as a service (cells/blood – tissue)
- Amplification of AIR clonotypes using multiplex PCR and (RT-)PCR of all TCR or BCR genes (TRA, TRB, TRG, TRD or IGH, IGK, IKL)
- NGS Library Preparations
- Purification and Quantification of amplified indexed libraries
- NGS run on NextSeq (5-10M reads per sample)
- Deconvolution of NGS Data
- NGS Data will be provided and can be analyzed by the open-source MiXCR software
- MiXCR Data Analyis Service with full report can also be ordered as service
