DriverMap EXP Mouse 5K Targeted Expression Profiling Kit (96 multiplex)

Description

The DriverMap Assay for murine genes measures expression levels for 4,700 targets. These targets are murine orthologs of human pan-cancer pathway genes. The DriverMap Kit includes all the enzymes, reagents, and primers to prepare NGS samples from total RNA, and includes software to demultiplex and align Illumina sequencing files (FASTQ) data and provide expression levels for each target gene.

Note: Index Primers need to be purchased separately – we are offering four different Unique Dual Index (UDI) Primer Sets, each in 96-well plate format, for multiplexing up to 384 samples in one NGS run
