BioDynami´s dsDNA Quantification Broad Range Kit is developed for double stranded DNA quantification with the Qubit® fluorometer from Thermo Fisher. The DNA Quantification BR kit includes BR Dye, BR Dilution Buffer, and two DNA Standards. Simply dilute the BR Dye with the BR Dilution Buffer, add DNA sample, then read the concentration using the Qubit® Fluorometer. The assay is accurate for DNA concentrations from 100 pg/µL to 1000 ng/µL, and is highly selective for double-stranded DNA over RNA. The kit’s advantages include sensitivity, linear dynamic range and stability, and tolerance of contaminants.
