Description
Ready-to-use synthetic GLIS1 mRNA
For in vitro mRNA transfection and in vivo mRNA delivery by injection
Encodes the GLIS family zinc finger 1 (GLIS1), a transcription factor that enhances cellular reprogramming efficiency by modulating chromatin accessibility and synergizing with Yamanaka factors (OCT4, SOX2, KLF4, c-MYC). This synthetic mRNA enables controlled expression of GLIS1 for research in induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cell generation, renal development studies, and regenerative medicine applications targeting kidney repair and fibrosis reversal.
Manufactured by Levostar´s monoPlasmid technology
Designed for optimal expression results:
• Enhanced polyA(+) Stability – for preventing RNA degradation
• Cap1 Structure – for optimal ribosome recruiting
• Carefully selected UTR Regions – to enhance translation initiation
N1-Methylpseudouridine Modification
For enhanced mRNA stability and decreased anti-mRNA immune response Levostar´s catalog mRNAs are in vitro transcribed using N1-Methylpseudouridine (N1-Me-Ψ, N1mpU) by default. If you prefer unmodified mRNA or you require a different modification, please contact us.
Quality Standards: Tested for high purity, low endotoxin, low residual dsRNA & plasmid template DNA, high capping efficiency, and proper polyA(+)-length.
Contents: 1 mg mRNA, lyophilized – also available in solution (1 mg/ml), please inquire
Shipping and Storage: Lyophilized mRNA shipped at room temperature (≤ 25°C). Store at –80°C upon dissolving.
For other mRNA quantities than 1 mg including bulk offers please contact us for pricing
mRNA may also be ordered already encapsulated in Lipid Nanoparticles for high efficiency mRNA delivery – please contact us for a quotation.
For mRNA encapsulation in your lab and subsequent in vitro mRNA transfection or in vivo mRNA delivery we offer Levostar´s portfolio of NeoLNP Kits.
