Dysregulation of IL-6 signaling is closely associated with diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn’s disease, and various cancers, making IL6R a major target in the development of anti-IL-6 therapies, including monoclonal antibodies like Tocilizumab –  for research and development in the context of chronic inflammation, immune regulation, and cancer-related inflammation.
