The in vivo NeoLNP⢠RNA Transfection Kit for Lung-targeted DeliveryĀ is based on LevostarĀ“s ready–to–use NeoLNP lipid nanoparticle (LNP) system, and is tailored for lung-targeted in vivo transfection of mRNA and siRNA in animals, which is enabled by utilizing novel biodegradable lipids for a uniquely efficient transmembrane transport and endosomal escape mechanism, and which are modified for delivery to the lung.
