The in vivo NeoLNP™ RNA Transfection Kit for Systemic Delivery is based on Levostar´s ready–to–use NeoLNP lipid nanoparticle (LNP) system, and is tailored for the systemic delivery of mRNA and siRNA in animals, which is enabled by utilizing novel biodegradable lipids for a uniquely efficient transmembrane transport and endosomal escape mechanism making RNA delivery to various organs possible.

• Easy to Use: Requires no specialized microfluidics equipment – LNP encapsulation occurs in a one minute simple mixing step without additional incubation
• High Encapsulation Efficiency: Achieves up to 80% encapsulation efficiency for micro–volume samples, with transfection results comparable to LNPs prepared using microfluidics
• Systemic mRNA/siRNA administration in animals: Via intravenous (IV), intramuscular (IM), subcutaneous (SC), and intraperitoneal (IP) injections
• Safe and Non Toxic: Formulated without ethanol, using novel biodegradable lipids, and sterilized with 0.2 μm filtration

Kit Contents:

• 0.3 ml in vivo NeoLNP Reagent, 8 ml RNA Dilution Buffer, and 10μg FLuc mRNA as positive control
• Sufficient for 15 mRNA – or siRNA- encapsulations & IP/IV/SC injections in mice
