Lentiviral particles with GFP as the reporter gene for binding of JAK activated STAT1/STAT2 to ISRE (Interferon Stimulated Response Element). You can choose a second marker, which is constitutively expressed – check the vector map and let us know your choice. 200 ul concentrated and purified particles at 1 x 10e8 TFU/ml in PBS solution are provided.
