- Polyclonal, BFP Marker
- Stably express HLA-A02:01, a common MHC Class I allele
- Also available with Puro instead of BFP Marker
Cellecta’s K562 cell lines are engineered for use as antigen-presenting cells (APCs) in T-cell receptor (TCR) functional assays. These polyclonal cell lines stably express HLA-A02:01, a common MHC Class I allele. K562 cells are available in two formats, puromycin selection or BFP expression.
A control K562 APC cell line expressing the CMV peptide with the sequence NLVPMVATV is also offered – it can be used to activate the Jurkat CMV TCR Control Reporter Cell Line (NFAT-GFP) by co-culturing.
Applications:
Can be pulsed with specific peptides
Can be transduced to express a single peptide or a peptide library
Can be co-cultured with Jurkat T-Cell Receptor (TCR) Reporter Cell Line (NFAT-GFP)

Antigen presentation by engineered K562 Antigen Presenting Cell and NFAT-GFP activation in Jurkat reporter cells upon TCR–epitope–MHC engagement.
