Lentivirus Expressing human ACE2, BlastR (plasmid)

Description

Lentiviral constructs expressing the ACE2 cell receptor which mediates binding and entry by the Spike protein expressed by the SARS virus.
This pre-made construct can be used to make ACE2-expressing mammalian cell lines susceptible to infection by SARS-CoV, SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19), viruses pseudotyped with the SARS-spike protein.
This lentiviral vector is also available as pre-packaged virus.
