cDNA and ORF clones are efficient and convenient resources for accessing gene content, enabling a wide range of overexpression applications in cell culture and in vitro studies. cDNA resp. ORF sequences are inserted into expression vectors driven by strong promoters and are offered for delivery to target cells through plasmid transfection (MGC and ORFeome clones) or lentiviral transduction (LentiORF clones).
