The NeoLNP™ RNA Transfection Kit for Common Cells is based on Levostar´s ready–to–use NeoLNP lipid nanoparticle (LNP) system, and is tailored for transfecting common adherent and suspension cells with various RNA species, such as mRNA, siRNA, circRNA, saRNA, and other types of RNA (e.g. sgRNA mRNA co-transfection) at ultra-high efficiencies, which is enabled by utilizing novel biodegradable lipids for a uniquely efficient transmembrane transport and endosomal escape mechanism.
- Easy to Use: Requires no specialized microfluidics equipment – LNP encapsulation occurs in a one minute simple mixing step without additional incubation
- High Encapsulation Efficiency: Achieves up to 80% encapsulation efficiency for micro–volume samples, with transfection results comparable to LNPs prepared using microfluidics
- High Transfection Efficiency: For most cell lines, transfection efficiencies exceed 90%, which surpasses industry standards by far
