SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein Lentiviral Overexpression Construct

Description

Lentiviral particles expressing the full length spike protein (S protein) of SARS-CoV-2. It carries a 6-His tag at the C-terminus for purification via Ni NTA affinity column. The sequence is human codon optimized for high expression in mammalian cells.
The target is expressed under an enhanced CMV promoter. A RFP-Blasticidin fusion dual marker under RSV promoter allows fluorescense sorting or Blasticidin resistance selection of transduced cells. The RFP signal additionally provides convenient, real-time monitoring of the particles´ performance. Each Lentivirus is validated on lot-by-lot basis, and target expression is guaranteed.
200 ul concentrated and purified particles at 1 x 10e8 TFU/ml in PBS solution are provided.
