Biori´s T7 RNA Polymerase is a multi-step purified recombinant highly efficient enzyme preparation manufactured by Biori Biotech to GMP standards. It exhibits high transcriptional catalytic activity across diverse template types and nucleotide substrates. Under appropriate reaction buffer conditions, this enzyme enables efficient synthesis of large quantities of RNA from DNA templates. Biori´s T7 RNA Polymerase specifically recognizes the T7 promoter sequence (5′-TAATACGACTCACTATAG-3′) and initiates transcription from the G residue at this site, converting downstream DNA sequences into single-stranded RNA

An input of 1 μg of linearized template DNA in a 20 ul reaction yields  200 μg of mRNA, when using 100 Units of the enzyme, which is delivered in a concentration of 50 U/ul
