The plated TELL-Seq multiplex index primer set C1-C96 offers TELL-seq users an expanded indexing capability: You can pool up to 96 samples in one sequencing run, which significantly reduces NGS library preparation and sequencing costs. The primers include 10-base indexes ensuring compatibility across different Illumina sequencing platforms and providing the most stringent nucleotide balance in each sequencing cycle to achieve optimal performance and highest sequencing quality. The 10-base index primers come in a 96-well plate format with a pierceable seal, making their use with NGS library preparation automation platforms convenient and easy.

When used in combination with UST’s TELL-Seq™ High Throuhput Library Prep Kits, researchers will be able to take advantage of the ultra-long linked-read results to provide unparalleled genomic information up to and exceeding 200Kb gDNA fragments with applications ranging from WGS, phasing, SV detection, metagenomics, and more for small, medium, and large genomes.
