DriverMap Single-Cell Adaptive Immune Receptor (AIR) Profiling Reagent Kits

The same UDIs are universally also compatible with DriverMap Targeted RNA-Seq Expression (EXP) Profiling Reagent Kits

The UDI Primer Set A  plate contains 96 unique indexes (# 1-96), with a combination of forward and reverse primers. These UDIs enable sample multiplexing and superior data integrity on Illumina next-generation sequencing platforms.

• Multiplexing: The UDI plates are available in four distinct, non-overlapping sets (A, B, C, and D). While a single 96-well plate provides sufficient diversity for standard runs, the four sets can be pooled to enable up to 384 unique index combinations in a single flow cell

• Flexibility: Each well contains 20 µL of 10X concentrated unique index primer mix (sufficient for 4 PCR reactions), providing significant protocol versatility. With this format, you can run up to 384 reactions (96 samples per flow cell) or reuse the same indexes for multiple batches.
