Description
Third-generation replication-incompetent lentiviral vector expressing tagGFP2 (ex. 483 nm, em. 506 nm) reporter gene, packaged as viral particles which are pseudotyped with VSV-G, enabling transduction of virtually any mammalian cell.
This product is designed as a positive control for pseudovirus infection when performing transduction assays with pseudotyped lentiviral particles targeting specific cell receptors, such as Cellecta’s MERS and SARS Spike protein pseudotyped lentiviral particles.
Contents: 10 ml VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles, functionally titered by GFP fluorescence in HeLa cells: Titer > 10^4/ml.
Number of Reactions: 200 rxns when using 50 ul reagent per well in a 96-well plate
