Constitutive Lentiviral cDNA Expression Vectors

The cDNA cloning and expression vectors are third-generation lentiviral vectors designed to clone and express ORFs from a constitutive Pol II promoter or promoters. The generated constructs can be packaged into VSV-G pseudotyped viral particles, which can be used to transduced even the most difficult to transfect cells, such as primary, stem, and differentiated cells with high efficiency.
