Proteases

TriAltus´ highly pure and active PreScission (PSC, Human Rhinovirus HRV 3C) Protease and SUMO (SMP) Protease are ideal for removing the CL7 and other tags (where applicable) by on-column protease digestion and eluting the tag free protein from the column.

Both proteases include tags for convenient removal from the eluted protein fraction by GST-trap resp. HIS-trap columns, if desired.
