Description
The Metagenomic Sequencing Kit (16S rRNA V3-V4) is used for microbiome studies and enables differentiation and characterization of a myriad of microbial species in genomic DNA obtained from complex microbiome samples. The 16S V3-V4 region of bacteria and archaea is amplified by PCR. After cleaning up using CeleMag beads, indices and adapters are attached, followed by another CeleMag bead purification, library pooling, and NGS analysis on the Illumina platform.
