Characterize your barcode labeled cell population – send us isolated genomic DNA and we will provide you with a spreadsheet enumerating the read number for each of the barcode library elements.
You can also send frozen cell pellets or tissue samples obtained in your experiment and Cellecta will perform the genomic DNA extraction for an additional fee.
