Description

Cellecta offers Custom CRISPR sgRNA Pooled Libraries in the CROP-Seq designed vector pScribe (Datlinger et al., Nature Methods, 2017) suitable for Perturb-Seq on any single cell analysis platform. Libraries used for Perturb-seq analysis need to be relatively small and targeted. A 0.24K library featuring up to 240 sgRNAs is suitable for this purpose.
pScribe either contains an sgRNA-only expression cassette or an sgRNA-Barcode expression cassette for clonal tracking.
