Description

Generate WGS libraries for any genome size from 50 Mb to 5 Gb

• 72 paired end TELL-Seq WGS libraries from samples with small genomes (50 Mb to 200 Mb) or
• 36 paired end TELL-Seq WGS libraries from samples with medium sized genomes (200 Mb to 1 Gb) or
• 24 paired end TELL-Seq WGS libraries from samples with large sized genomes (1 Gb to 5 Gb)

Box 1 contains all necessary TELL-Seq enzymes and incubation buffers (Storage at minus 20C).
Box 2 contains > 24 Million different TELL-Seq barcoding beads and stop & wash buffers (Storage at plus 4 C).

The TELL-Seq WGS library prep kit uses the highly innovative Transposase Enzyme Linked Long-read Sequencing (TELL-Seq™) technology ( Chen et al.,Genome Research, June 2020 ) for preparing a paired-end library to generate barcode linked reads from an Illumina® sequencing system. Coupled with TELL-Seq specific analysis software, the linked reads can be
easily used for the following applications and more:

• Genome wide variant calling
• Whole genome haplotype phasing
• Structural variation / Copy Number variation (CNV) detection
• Metagenomic studies: Deciphering microbial genomes in complex mixed samples
• de novo genome assembly
