U2OS-ACE2 Overexpression Cell Line

Description

Ready-to-use U2OS cells engineered to stably express the the ACE2 receptor.
These cells are susceptible to infection by viruses expressing the SARS virus spike protein, including SARS-CoV2-S and SARS-CoV2-S-D614G pseudotyped lentivirus, so they can be used for neutralization assays and related studies looking at viral binding.
