DECIPHER Mouse shRNA Library Module 2 – Disease Targets (packaged, large scale)-commercial accounts

Description

Mouse DECIPHER shRNA libraries cloned in pRSI12-U6-sh-UbiC-TagRFP-2A-Puro are pooled, barcoded, lentiviral shRNA libraries optimized for RNAi Genetic Screens in pooled format. Together, they target approximately 10,000 mouse genes with 6 shRNAs per gene. Module 2 of the library targets ~5,000 human disease-related mouse homologs.
