Cellecta’s NGS Prep Kit for shRNA Libraries in the pRSI12 vector (e.g., Cellecta DECIPHER™ Libraries) provides a protocol and reagents for PCR amplification and NGS sequencing of shRNA-cassetts from genomic DNA isolated from cell populations screened with Cellecta´s shRNA Libraries.

• NGS Library Prep Kit for shRNA Libraries cloned into the pRSI12 vector (e.g., Cellecta DECIPHER™ Libraries)
• Optimized protocol and reagents  allows as high as 50 µg gDNA input per PCR reaction
• Cost and time savings by substantially fewer PCR reactions compared to conventional low gDNA-input method
• Avoiding background by low PCR cycle number
• Unique indexing primers to multiplex up to 12 samples run in a single lane.
• Software included with the kit enables rapid and convenient analysis of the sequencing. The program demultiplexes indexed samples and aligns barcode reads from the Illumina NGS FASTQ files. The output is a spreadsheet with the counts of each barcode in each sample.
