Dox-Responsive Cloning Vector incl. TRE and RFP Sensor

Description

Tet-responsive InDOXible TRE (Tetracyclin Responsive Element) – containing inducible cDNA cloning and expression vector. For tet-inducible cDNA expression, this vector needs to be used with cells already expressing the rtTA or tTA proteins. This vector includes an RFP sensor in addition: The expression cassette is linked by an IRES to a red fluorescent protein (RFP). When the cloned cDNA is expressed, the RFP is co-expressed and can be easily detected. The RFP provides a sensor to confirm gene activation.
