Cellecta offers Perturb-Seq Custom CRISPR sgRNA Pooled Libraries with modified sgRNA tracr sequences compatible with the 10X 3’-Chromium single-seq platform. Libraries used for Perturb-seq analysis need to be relatively small and targeted. A 3K library featuring 241-3500 sgRNAs is suitable for this purpose.
