Description

Cellecta offers Custom CRISPR sgRNA Pooled Libraries suitable for Perturb-Seq single cell analysis. A typical CRISPR library design made with one of Cellecta´s standard sgRNA vectors can be used for single-cell analysis, using the 10X 5′-chromium protocol.
Perturb-seq libraries need to be relatively small and targeted. A 3K library featuring 241-3500 sgRNAs is suitable for this purpose.

Cellecta offers flexibility in library formats, providing both plasmid and pre-packaged ready-to-transduce options. The availability of multiple vector backbones with different selection and fluorecence markers allows researchers to choose the most suitable setup for their experiments.
