    Description

    Generate WGS libraries for any genome size from 50 Mb to 5 Gb or prepare Metagenomics libraries

    • 288 paired end TELL-Seq WGS libraries from samples with small genomes (50 Mb to 200 Mb) or
    • 144 paired end TELL-Seq WGS libraries from samples with medium sized genomes (200 Mb to 1 Gb) or
    •  96 paired end TELL-Seq WGS libraries from samples with large sized genomes (1 Gb to 5 Gb)

    • 96 paired end TELL-Seq Metagenomics libraries from microbiome samples (2.5 – 5 ng HMW genomic DNA)

    The TELL-Seq WGS library prep kit uses the highly innovative Transposase Enzyme Linked Long-read Sequencing (TELL-Seq™) technology ( Chen et al.,Genome Research, June 2020 ) for preparing a paired-end library to generate barcode linked highly accurate reads from an Illumina® sequencing system. Coupled with free TELL-Seq analysis software, the linked reads can be easily used for the following applications and more:

     de novo genome assembly
      Whole genome haplotype phasing
      Genome wide structural variant calling
